El Pollo Loco

Horrible experience. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 min. Food was old and nasty. It seemed like there wasn’t enough workers. Out of basically everything. Unacceptable. I won’t go to this location again. I honestly want my money back. $24 down the drain and I could barley eat the food. Double chicken salad had 3 pieces of chicken.

We went inside to eat and the cashier girl had an attitude. Every table but 1 was filthy, covered in food. The bathrooms were even worse. Our guacamole was basically avocado water & it tasted like fish almost? First & last time we will come here, which is unfortunate because I had heard good things. ☹️

My son and i went to the pollo loco at stephanie and american pacific on fathers day 6/19/22. The older lady that rang up our order was not nice. I ordered the double chicken bowl and my son a chicken tostada salad both with NO SOUR CREAM. I even told her again to be sure. She raised her voice and said I GOT IT. when the order came both had a lot of sour cream. My son scraped it off but i couldn't i hate the taste of sour cream and it needed to be remade. I took it up to the counter and she told me to scrape it off i explained i can't and i told her why. She took it back in the kitchen and gave me the new bowl (i thought) it was the same bowl and she had put some additional chicken on top of the sour cream and by now it was cold. My Son said just try to take it off she might spit in your food if you go back. I had to take more than half of the bowl off and throw it away my son bought me a chicken burrito because i was still hungry. The food and the pico de gallo was bland and dried out. I spent $45 and left hungry. Never again. What a horrible place

This is the worst El Pollo Loco location. What a horrible experience, I wait almost 20 min at the drive thru. I ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito and side of green salsa,when they give me my order there where no salsa. I parked and tried to get in and the doors where already locked at 9:30pm I nock it and I was ignored, when by the drive thru window and the employee was rud when finally get my salsa. I got home open my burrito and what a surprise, there were no chicken at all,only rice,beans,sour cream and two little pieces of avocado. Pollo loco,never again!!!
