Taco Bell

I usually don't leave negative reviews because I know the people who work there are doing the best they can but.....stay away after dark. The night crew they have now is exceptionally slow. There were only 3 cars in front of me at the drive through and it took 32 minutes for me to get my food. It's just not worth it (to me at least.)

Taco Bell is a decent place it's not great food it's not a great price but it's not overpriced and it's not terrible food so if you're looking for something open late then they are open usually till about 2:00 a.m. where most other restaurants are now closing at 11:00 or 12:00 but they're definitely not as good as they used to be or as affordable. This used to be a destination spot where you could go have different days where you could get cheaper tacos etc but over the years they have definitely ramped up their prices and the quality of their food hasn't stayed the same it's gone down as well, I miss the old days when I used to work and manage this very same Taco Bell and it was a very different experience than the one we get today. But if you're looking for a late night option it's one of the ones that are available.

I stood in line inside Taco Bell for 20 minutes after my order was taken while car after car flew through the drive through window getting their orders. Manager said my order hadn't "come up yet" though not a single car sat in line for more than 5 minutes. I demanded my meal or my money returned right now and they refunded me the money. Very poor service.

Terrible service, rude staff, and tiny proportions. They charged for extra cheese which is standard but did not even fill half way. When I asked the very unfriendly man at the window about the sign on the window he said “I don’t know” and closed the window. Not only that but the tacos I ordered were cold and the Mexican pizza was soggy. There’s so many Taco Bell’s everywhere go to one of those not this one.

This order was tossed out. The order taker seemed to have a friend chatting away so he could not hear my simple question repeated 3 times, I asked if he could hear me, he told me to hold on [i could still hear this girl yapping on about some personal BS] then he came back but the wild cherry freeze was out so I had to scratch the combo and they seemed distracted every step of the way, THEN this same person made a bizarre almost menacing stare/attempt to make eye contact THROUGH the drive-through window as they handed it to me, not the same person who took my payment either. This fella had a "I spit in your food and I want you to know" look in his eye, & I'm sorry to say I won't be eating a single bite of it for health and safety reasons. I see you have a policy that wants that smile/eye contact service, but this was no ordinary experience. I almost didn't want to take the bag from him, he came across as insincere and untrustworthy. It wasn't anything about his appearance [he was a well-kempt young man], this is directly related to the difficulty ordering, the time it took with NO CARS AHEAD & then that look! I'll never go back to that particular location ever again. You just know.
