Always stayed away from fast food chicken restaurants. One day I finally took a chance and hit the drive-thru and decided to order their Chicken Bowl to take home that night. I survived to my surprise and it was delicious! I was really skeptical of this place because of their lower prices, but now I've gone to this location many times when I'm in the mood for a good priced, quick and satisfying dinner! The drive-thru staff has always been very pleasant to me as well.
The only thing I would encourage them to do is to include a few tortillas with the Double Chicken Bowls like they were doing recently. 🐔
My personal recommendation is the Double Chicken Bowl. Don't be scared like I was. Learn from my experience. Just try it....satisfaction probably guaranteed! 💯

Decided to get food for the family after work my food was un edible I called just to get a credit for mine leg and thigh. Chicken was over cooked. Pieces small . He said I had to come back if I wanted new food. No I don't want tt drive all the way back after a long day at work. Gas prices are rcrt are crazy

Ordered the Family Feast at the drive-thru. Got home, saw that they didn't include the tortillas or churros. Ripoff!!

Dry. Woman at counter assumed that because I'm fair skinned I dont speak Spanish fluently. She had a lot to say about my nalgas. I guess she knew her product was dried up. Like her. Disappointing on many levels.

This was my very first time in Vegas, I had heard of Pollo loco and damn it did not disappoint! I had the 2 pc white with black beans it was the bomb!
