Buffalo Wild Wings

I am a regular customer to this place as Im a huge fan of the boneless wings. I usually order Thai curry and garlic parmesan sauces on the Thursday BOGO offers. Recently I had been to the store for an in person pick up and thier customer service was worst. They had the customers waiting for over 15-20 min at the counter while chatting and laughing in the kitchen. I can throw a blind eye at all of this had they served the order correctly. These guys at the store somehow miss a box for the big offers. When I ordered food the other day, they had given me bone-in wings with the wrong sauce and count. Not sure what goes wrong that they give orders not only with a different count but also with different sauce while they have all of this information right on the billing receipt. I strongly think the employees should be serious and try and be professional and attend to customers like they do at the other centers! Usually not a negative reviewer but took to writing this as this was the third or fourth time that I had such an experience at this center.

Husband ordered food for take out. He waited at the register for a long while waiting for someone to speak to him so he could get our food. Several workers looked at him but ignored him completely. When someone fialy did acknowledge him, they got the food and left just as fast so we were unable to get extra ranch dressing. My wings looked like they forgot about the lemon pepper and they clumped it and threw it all on there, with some wings not even getting it on there. Terrible service. Will not be back to this one.

I don’t even know where to start, but I will say I won’t ever go back to this location. I get we are in a pandemic and finding workers might be hard but I rather have short staff and long wait times with friendly servers. Our server was nothing but rude and could care less about our table. Waiting 10-15 minutes on drinks to find out they are out of half the stuff to make the drinks. Once we were finally able to get our order in, the server didn’t come back to check on us or get refills. Food was dropped off cold and looked as if people picked off of it and ate some. Not worth the time or money at this place. Employees need to get an attitude check because tips aren’t mandatory.

My order.for burger n wings were loaded for carryout, estimated time 20 min, 30 minutes later they tell me they are waiting on my burger to get done. Here we are 40 minutes in and still have yet to get my food. I'm sure the movie I paid for has done started and here we are. I will never come here again. They have no care that I been waiting 40 inutes for my food, they aren't even busy 🤦‍♀️😡

Not a bad return to the restaurant. It was rather slow service which was surprising with regards to the half full restaurant. There were a number of items that were unavailable. The food was good however, just lacking in the spice I remember. It was rather surprising to have ALL the TV's switch to NBA finals when there was an orioles game and other sports on.

This location is just terrible. It'll take you a good half hour plus to get seated. The waitstaff themselves have been good but the food has been poor my last few visits. Also I usually ask for an extra or two of ranch and two separate waitresses now have brought out like 6 extra lol, I don't quite understand that. I feel bad for wasting 5 of them.
