Moe's Southwest Grill

Order to go. Spent $25+ on bad food. Yes it is a slow Wednesday afternoon, but no excuse for serving food that's not fresh. The guac had a brown tint to it (sign its not fresh). I got a burrito bowl and something tasted very off. Chicken was fine, pork tasted very suspect. Also the sour cream was clumpy and separated. Quesadilla was soggy and barely toasted. Trashed it after a few bites.

I am a moes fan from Atlanta, was here over night. Horrible experience, workers were rude/incompetent. I get it’s a food court facility however hire some people that at least know the menu. I ordered a stack, made horribly, the worker put on half scoops of everything, I’m guessing due to lack of confidence in being able to prepare the item. I got charged 2.49 for a themble of guac, and then ask for a cup of water and the lady responds, “we only have sink water”. Chips were stale, I could go on… eat anywhere else in the food court besides this place. Moes is awesome, this location is terrible. Also prices are higher than normal locations.

Wanted a quesadilla never tried Moe's before,The employees I swear we're looking at me like something was wrong the entire time they were making my order. I spent 27 dollars on the Most disgusting food I have ever attempted to consume threw it in the trash immediately after a few bites.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! TASTED LIKE STRAIT GARBAGE!!! -10 out of 5 stars👎👎

There was only 2 people ahead of me and somehow it took 30 minutes for me to order and pay. The tomatoes are close to being rotten. The pinto beans looked like they just dumped it out of the can. When they mixed the beans it was gloopy and hard. I asked for light sour cream and I got a ton of sour cream which made my bowl look like a stew. The only thing they got right was the chips and that’s only because it’s made in a machine for them. Terrible service. Terrible quality of food. I do not recommend going to this location. There is a chipotle across the street that I recommend going to instead of this place.

This moe’s literally sucks! Staff is inattentive; i stood by the counter for almost 10 mins before one of the staffers acknowledged me; where they were found to be doing nothing! As I told the server (heavy-set hispanic woman) my order I had to keep repeating myself as her attention was elsewhere 🤷🏻 Got home to find the salsa the server gave me for my chips was spoiled!!! 😡 You lost a customer, I’ll never come back!
