Horrible customer service and service overall! I wish I could them zero stars instead, stay away! I ordered my food at 7:49pm from the kiosk outside the store. I got a confirmation message and my credit card says “pending” (for now as it occurred today). Me and my friends look from a distance as we are waiting outside for our food and see this lady walking around and cleaning up basically. We waited 8-9 minutes and didn't see her making our food as there were no customers inside the store at all. We walked up to the lady who proceeded to tell us to open the door because she closed it before it was even 8:00pm which was the time they closed (we didn’t know and checked later it says 9:30 online). We started a conversation with her very nicely and politely, however we did not receive the same back as she stated something along the lines of, “I didn’t receive any order; I don’t know what you want me to do, there’s nothing out, what can I make,” with the worst attitude ever and with her obnoxious hand actions/gestures. She also kept repeating that “We’re closed,” disregarding our concerns and just wanted us out as she was counting her money from the cash register. She then decided to call her manager who had an even worse attitude and not understanding at all. She repeatedly says “The order didn’t go through” with a high annoyed voice and looking down on us as we seem younger and expecting us to not know what we are talking about as she repeated "honey" before the beginning of every sentence. She says it takes “2 seconds to close the shop.” so it also says a lot about their quality of food and service. Regardless, she had absolutely nothing out as she put it away before it was even 8:00pm! The manager and the employee decide to fight back at customers and give an attitude before even listening which you can see with the lack of management around there. I understand as I also work at food services before that you put some items away as it’s not very popular but the fact when you walk in before closing and there’s absolutely nothing out is ridiculous. I also understand that yes maybe the order didn’t go through but the attitude was just so bad and horrendous and we walked in there before it was 8:00pm so they could have easily made us something since it only takes them “2 seconds to close.” I do not ever recommend this location and hope people take their money somewhere else because it seems they don’t even want your service or money!
