Starbucks

Wow, nice place, great customer service. Parking is little bit of a problem but it is one of the convenient region outdoor the mall. At 8:30 a.m., I looked for the nearest Starbucks to my hotel, on my Starbucks app. It directed me to a region near the mall. After hanging  around, I quickly located it ought to be interior the mall. Of course, I needed a quick region outdoor the mall, before riding to my commercial enterprise meeting. This was once a busy vicinity however I admire being able to get in and out in a well timed manner.

Horrible Starbucks. You can look at my history and see I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks so my comparison pool is large. But anyways this place is usually always busy so I can understand and overlook some stuff. But tonight there was hardly anyone there and yet it took over 30 min. Only one machine was being run and the lady had zero multitasking skills. Also on top of it all she only put two shots in my venti americano. These people need re training ASAP.

My husband and i were out shopping and stopped in star bucks to try the new Carmel brulee latte. After 5 mins of waiting, we were told they didnt have what was needed to make the drinks. We spent 11.58 for two drinks and they gave us 2 four dollar gift cards and made us something else. But the thing is while we were waiting we saw a roach clear as day climb up on the counter. The store was a mess. Everything was sticky. We told the guy making our drinks and he did have someone start pulling all the stuff out to look for the roach. Needless to say it was gross😝 we will never come back here
