Chick-fil-a

This is an awesome Chick-fil-A. The service is outstanding. Josue the cashier really stands out. He is very kind and professional. The place is clean, quiet and very well-organized. Was taken aback by how friendly the staff was. Very well-maintained location. Experience here was very memorable on the Tuesday 4/12/22 visit.

Multiple times I have gone and there have been items missing. Go here if you want to pay for missing items. They won't even give you time to do their job for them and check if all the items are in the bag. They will tell you to leave right after handing you your food. They made me pay twice once for an item that I went back for because it was missing. Terrible service. They care about the number of customers served more than customer satisfaction.

Service at Chick-fil-A is usually good. I ordered on the app, they were busy but it came out in a decent amount of time. I ordered the grilled chicken club with no cheese. I got my order but it had NO BACON, which is one of the main draws to the chicken club. NO BACON. They were busy so I get it. But it was a club, so should have had bacon. And my daughter had a piece of hair in her drink. Usually 4 stars and up, but not this time. Update: took about 10 minutes to get a milkshake brought out to me. Just a milkshake. Strawberry. Perhaps this location is too busy.
