Unfriendly. Charged me for a drink when I asked for water only. I had to ask for plastic cup from server who could not be bothered to speak. Sandwich was good. MacNCheese sauce watery. The food is over priced, esp. in light of the poor service. Are they offended to work or what? Definitely not in the EMS spirit they tout. EMS bust their butts and really work hard usually with a great attitude. Sad. It could be a nice place. Not returning to this location. Walk next door to Starbucks to see some good customer service if you can’t figure it out.

Haven't eaten at a Firehouse in over 10 years and I will not be returning. The food here just wasn't good. I think Arby's is better and you won't spend nearly as much money. Also made my wife sick 🤢. Check out these onions the person put on my sandwich.

Fast, Delicious, and correct. The loaded potato soup was a bit bland but the sub was fantastic. I had never been to firehouse subs before and the sub was delicious. We will be back. Service was great, friendly and fast.

Pretty good. Got the pastrami medium size sub. Subs arent very wide, smaller than your average subway sub, but a bit more meat. Good quality overall, wish I would've been able to get their famous hot sauce on it.

Food is great, but the employees seem miserable and no customer interaction at all. Almost like robots. I understand being short staffed, but everyone talks like they hate their job and just gives off a weird vibe.

Normally we grab lunch out. Today we tried firehouse. Best cheese steaks we have had since leaving Delaware. Somewhere close to home to get what we love. Definitely good food

I just got my first sub from here. They had a free sub if you donated a case of water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanked me for my donation. Sub was made fresh to order and was DELICIOUS. I would recommend trying if you haven't been here before. I will be back to try other subs. I got the club sub and it was hot and had plenty of meat in it. Bacon wasn't very crispy but I like my bacon very well done. Can't wait to see how their other subs are.
