Panera Bread

Now I'm not much of a panera guy. But I saw this new chicken sandwich and thought I had to try it. I got the new Buffalo chkn take sandwich and I was great it wasn't fried it was real grilled chicken breast on a brioche with spicy pickle crunches. And ailol. Only complaint I have is they put to much aliol on it other then that excellent sandwich. And I decided to try the chicken bacon Chipotle Flatbread pizza absolutely delicious. No complaints there either. Panera out did themselves on this one

I had to wait for a long time. Then they didn't have strawberries. So the person taking the order if I wanted another fruit instead. Well when I checked the receipt, they charged me for extra blueberries. It's not my fault they were out of strawberries. On my hot drink, there was no cardboard sleeve. The lady at the window said they were out. I went through the drive thru.

The hours listed on their door say they’re open until 9:30PM Monday-Friday. While working on a paper on. Wednesday night (after paying 15 of my very few student bucks for half a salad and some soup), I was approached by an employee who told me I had to leave because they were closing at 8PM. When I went to actually explain why I was still there and kind of confused, she cut me off and told me their closing time again. Two stars because I was actually fed… decent food and in a timely manner, but some consistency with the information provided to paying customers would be nice. It’s pretty frustrating when you’re not even willing to hear a customer out… or offer an apology for conflicting information.
