This clinic and Dr Cutbush is the most caring people I have never had any issues they treat people with care and respect the girls at the desk put up with alot and do there best on day to day simple u if u don't like the clinic don't go I think the drs and staff are Awesome treat people how you wanta be treated simple

Hands down an excellent, I have been coming here for the past 14 years. Dr Ostapenko is a A - 1 Dr. Very pleasant , helpful and humorous. Lily the receptionist is absolutely great. She has the patience of a Saint with some awfully miserable patients as I am sitting waiting to see the Dr. Dr Ostapenko and Lily your both great. Keep up the great job that you do.

It was first experience with walk in clinic in Hamilton. Went there at 1:30PM doctor was on lunch. The lady on reception counter is well mannered and soft spoken. She ask all the details and inform us to come after 1 hr as doctor will be back from lunch. With in 15 min I got my number to meet doctor. Doctor checked and ask bit in details to patient. It was quick conversation as my daughter was so cranky due to illness. She prescribed and we left the room got medicine from pharmacy at a same placa. She checked everything mentioned everything accordingly weight . Overall it is good try for walk in Thank you

Hands down, the best walk in clinic. I called the clinic around noon to inquire about the clinics services and the receptionist was so lovely! Once I got there, the process was fairly quick and the staff was wonderful. I had to get my TB injection site read and the doctor was super nice. Just want to say thank you to all the staff that was there that day! Keep up the great work!

I made an appointment online, not realizing that it was for a telephone appointment. I also entered my phone number incorrectly (it was a rough morning for me) and the doctor still called me, taking a chance on what she thought would be my number. I went in, waited about an hour to see the doctor and saw Dr. Ubhi. It was friendly and efficient service. Both my interaction checking in and my interaction with the doctor were pleasant enough for me to return in the future and recommend.
