Will not return. 2 of the 3 employees kept removing their masks. While waiting for our food to be boxed by one of the employees, the other employee removed his mask and started scratching their faces and then proceeded to make food for another customer without washing their hands. It wasn’t until We asked them to keep their masks on that it was worn again. Got a chicken pad Thai and a broccoli and beef pad. There were 2 pieces of chicken and very little tofu. What you see in the box of the broccoli and beef, was the only broccoli and beef in the whole meal. The quality is not good and it is overpriced for noodles with 2-3 pieces of meat.

We ordered through Doordash. $56 for stir fry noodles with 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of broccoli with a few sprouts. The rest of the listed ingredients were missing from the stir fry. The same with the chicken with rice noodle soup. Huge list of ingredients just nowhere to be found!? One piece of chocolate/banana cake which was 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2inches big for $7. And a Thai tea beverage. The food was extremely bland/overcooked and missing way too many ingredients to be appetizing. What a terrible experience! We will definitely not be returning! Should of stuck with Binh Minh on Upper James! These people clearly don’t care about customer service or they would take into consideration the numerous other terrible reviews.

Mediocre food. I cannot describe it ... the chicken was tough and tasteless. The noodles were all chopped up and it supposed to have some veggies, 9 piece of onion... The fried rice was burned, it tasted like smoke. Save your money and get something else, literally anything is better than this place.

I work at chatr in the mall so I go to this place often. There are many options in the food court but there is a reason why I only get food from this place and that's cuz it's DELICIOUS. The portions are great for the price and even though I've only tried no. 7 , 8 and 4 for now , they were all great. As for the customer service, the asian lady working at the counter is really sweet !!! and took the time to explain me what each options had. I believe she's the owner but not sure. I like trying different stuff all the time so I really ask a lot of stuff while ordering but she's always patient and polite so if ur reading this comment by any chance.... thanks a lot and I really appreciate you guys. Keep up the good work :) !!🙏
