I am really happy to find a food store like Alamin Charcoal Flame in Hamilton. Super food quality and guest service. My family was so happy. The best is that food served via robot. My kids liked it most.

Amazing food and service 10/10 top quality
Great favor, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The chicken Shwarma warp was fresh and full of flavor with a subtle hint of spicy. Absolutely delicious.

Worst food. No customer service. Beryani tested like rice and curry. Chicken biryani was more like an onion biryani.

Just bought 40 cad worth goat curry, it was 3 mutton curry. There was barely 3-4 tiny pieces of mutton and the box was full of sauce. This is totally unacceptable. Will Never buy from them.

I got the chicken meal. The chicken was made in the tandoori and was just delicious and juicy. I recommend the rice and including a naan, and a salad. A very nice meal that is filling, flavorful and plenty enough for quite a few people. Everything was fresh and the portions were very good.

The owner was amazing and served us well. Unfortunately the quality of the food was devastating. Nothing was fresh, you could literally taste it. If you are coming from Mississauga, Brampton or anywhere in the GTA then avoid at all costs. This place just reheats old food. The pizza tasted so old, and the whole grilled chicken must have been made a day or two earlier. I think this place is confusing in its offering, they have Mediterranean and South Asian food. They should concentrate on one area and improve the quality.

The one star is for the exceptionally kind server/cashier. I really wanted to love this place as it is one of the first restaurants to have a large menu that accommodated both Mediterranean and Indian flavors. Unfortunately the food was awful. I am almost sure it's all pre frozen food as my chicken tasted freezer burnt. I literally threw out half of it in their bin after eating around the parts that weren't so dry and burnt I couldn't even tear off. perhaps it's time for the owner to look to reduce their menu options to accommodate for fresher taste. Until then, unfortunately I will not be returning nor recommending the food here. I will say the server/cashier/cook young gentlemen was extremely kind and professional

I am giving this low rating actually as a well-wisher. Hope the owners read the reviews and improve. The food (many items) was really inedible and stale.
