Small but cozy and Very family oriented…owners are so friendly and interact with you like you are family! Good authentic Cuban food…great drinks and reasonably priced! Call for their weekend life music…they always have some sort of entertainment! It’s a fun place with good food!! One of my favourites:)

I love this spot - my husband is Cuban and this is the ONLY authentic Cuban food I have found for him in Ontario so far. It compares to my husband's mother's cooking. I have not had a bad meal - we have only had great experiences with the food and service. The owners are amazing and fun people who are kind and generous. Highly recommend if you want to know what locals eat in Cuba - or - what food would be like in Cuba if you were not staying on a resort.

We went for dinner on Friday. The food was delicious, the hostess friendly and the ambience warm yet funky.. The musician was brilliant. Super talented. What stood out about Alexis Martinez was that he was a performer through and through. He was funny, talented, versatile and even took an impromptu Salsa Class for us. We had a great night out. Cuba's Restaurant is having to relocate after 10 years as the location is being converted to Condos. Hopefully they find a new space soon. Wishing them the very best!!

If you have been to Cuba but never eaten outside a resort, you have never tried real Cuban food. This place serves authentic Cuban food, full of flavours and spices. We had tostones rellenos with pork (green deep fried plantains stuffed with pork roast) and deep fried cassava for appetizers. Our mains were ropa vieja (shredded beef with tomato sauce), rice and beans and ripe deep fried plantains and a Cuban sandwich with plantain chips. The food was extraorfinary. You have to try also a salsa the owner makes which is out of this world. Service was friendly and fast. We loved it and we are coming back. Thank you for the food!!!

Thank you for an amazing take out meal. Called in to order and it was ready in a short time. Friendly and lots of pleasant atmosphere. While i quickly waited for my meal I had a mojito. Very refreshing. Food was very authentic and so yummy. Since we are in covid restrictions this was a little bit of Cuba. Thank you 😊💓

We have been missing visiting Cuba lately, so decided to treat ourselves to a late lunch here. The food at Cuba's Restaurant was authentic and delicious! We enjoyed tostones rellenos (con pollo), Cubano sandwich, ropa vieja, yuca and congri. Their special Cuban beer tasted just like the ones that we enjoyed on our favourite resort's beach! An authentic Cubita espresso was the perfect finishing touch. The owners were so friendly and the service was great...we will definitely be back and next time we're bringing friends! Thank you, Cuba's Restaurant, for making us feel a little less "homesick" today.

The food was amazing! Been vacationing in Cuba every year for my bday for the past few years and never had authentic Cuban always the resort stuff. Huge fan now 👍 had a number of dishes from the menu and all delish...see ya again soon ✌️great location as the Oakville lakefront marina is close and you can enjoy a nice walk after a great meal! I had Cuban food for the first time at this restaurant and really enjoyed it. The inside of the place had a really cool vibe, with bright yellow walls and messages in black marker from visitors. It wasn't busy at all, with maybe one or two other people there at the same time. I ordered a plate of seafood paella as my main dish. It was full of mussels, shrimp, and scallops, and it tasted delicious! One thing to know is that it stains your fingers yellow, which I wasn't prepared for. For sides, I got tostones (fried plantains) and yuca con mojo (cassava root). I especially loved the latter! The food was filling for two people and the service was nice.
