Swiss Chalet

So I only eat at Swiss chalet. This was the worst experience ever. The waitress was ignorant. She asked what I wanted to drink, I didn't hear her, so I ordered a soup and she said no u can't drink that and I didn't end up getting my soup. The front door lady was ignorant as I was trying to get my qr code and ID for her, she walked away as I held it out to her. I will not eat here again. I was disgusted with the service. It was 830pm, so 90 mins yo closing and they rushed us out and through everything saying they close in 30 mins. The site says 10pm. Not impressed whatsoever. I asked for lightly cooked fries. I got burnt fries and the bottom left overs which I couldn't eat. Attached is a picture of the fries. A waste of a $75 meal. Disgusted thoroughly.

Ordered dinner for delivery. Good customer service on the phone and by the driver. The fries arrived warm and soggy. They had that old cooking oil taste. They packed the coleslaw with the the hot food. Hot slimy coleslaw was the result. Chicken was fine. Dessert, apple pie, save your money and just don't order it. $50 plus for dinner for 2 including taxes and tip. Sooo not worth it.

Great food, really enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. It's great to be able to order ahead and prepay, all online! 👍 They really need 2 cash registers though - one for placing orders and one for picking up orders. Kind of pointless if I can order ahead then have to wait 10 mins (after my expected pickup time) behind people ordering in line? Despite, that staff were working quickly and trying to get people looked after as quickly as possible.

Don’t bother ordering take out. I expect take out to cool down a little bit but this was absolutely cold. No warmth at all. Much smaller servings then eating in the restaurant and none of the sauce or dressings were included. With take out being the only form of business right now, take more care in preparing orders. 2 stars because once we re heated everything in the oven and made our own sauce it still did taste okay. Poor experience.

First off, the food is good. But if you are ordering delivery, absolutely do not use the official app, use Uber Eats. It will take 1/4 of the time to deliver and your food will not end up like this upon arrival, this is the 4th time the delivery people from the restaurant itself have provided soup/gravy like this, they just let it flop around in their trunk/back seat.
