The atmosphere is nice. The server seemed forgetful and needed a few reminders about drinks. The main concern was their idea of what a pound vs two pounds of wings are. One pound = 7 wings. Two pounds = 12 wings. Okay? That just doesn’t make sense. At least give us 13 and we’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Good food! Nice little bar. Would have given 5 stars but the blond waitress has major attitude and rude. If she got our order right! I would have given her a 15% or more tip; but she didn't and didn't get a 15% tip! And had the nerve to call our table out on it with major attitude. Derek I'll be back but I won't be served by her I would rather just walk out !... Cheers

Really good experience of a classic Polish restaurant! Though the menu isn't entirely dedicated to Polish food (there's a good list of general "pub grub"), the Polish stuff is amazing. Try the pierogies, cabbage rolls, or borscht or other soups - absolutely amazing. It's got a very local pub type of feeling that is comfortable and casual. I just wish they had more beer on tap than the usual macro breweries.

I have visited Rumaka few times in the past two months and was extremely impressed both with the food and service. The first time I went was on the recommendation of a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the the ribs and was in heaven. The second time I went, I asked for the ribs but they were sold out. (No wonder.) So I decided to try the cabbage roll and perodie dinner.... NOT a disappointment at all! The next time, I took my sister and she, too, was delighted with her meal (and she is hard to please!) Two days ago, I placed a take out order and was, again, impressed. I ordered the cabbage roll, perogie and salad plat again. The food was packaged in foam containers and encased with foil wrap to keep the food warm and separated from eachother. I just ate the salad today (a day later) and it was still crisp. The service is great and the food is fabulous. If you haven't been there, you're missing out!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Today was my first and last time handing money over to this company. Pretty sad when you call in to speak to the manager and hear her say in the background "It's the guy who just had the Just Eat order, I don't want to talk to him". My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from Rumak this evening and parts of our order weren't delivered. When we called in to request a refund for the food we paid for but didn't receive, we were told that they couldn't refund it because it went through Just Eat. When we called Just Eat, they called the restaurant to get approval for the refund... which they denied. Luckily Just Eat gave us our money back regardless, as should have been the case all along. Really looking forward to our phone call with Vicky tomorrow, I hope she feels like being a manager at that time and doesn't just pretend not to be there again.... Oh, not to mention our food is soggy. Terrible service and sub-par food. Would not recommend to anyone.
