Bronzie's Place

Wow. I’ve seen so many great reviews and recommendations for Bronzie’s I just had to try this place. I ordered a meatball sub because of the recommendations. I kept it simple, just sauce and cheese. Well let me tell you … this sandwich was the best meatball sub I have ever had. It was perfect. It tasted fresh made, the perfect texture and loaded just right with meatballs. It is a great sandwich and filling. And you can’t beat the price. Try it, you will not be disappointed. You, like I, will be back for more. Enjoy my friends in Hamilton enjoy. Pretty damn good from such a little place you have probably drove past so many times.

I have been going to Bronzie's fairly regularly for 35 years...I will not be going back soon. The lasagna WAS the best in the city. Recently we had some and could not eat it...we brought it home...and eventually threw it out. Be careful. This was not the lasagna the Italian ladies made. famous. Looks like things have changed.

Come here a lot. Yesterday we came and made a reservation bc sometimes it's busy and have been turned away for that. We said we had a reservation and then the entire bar as well as the staff decided to all laugh extremely loudly because they thought it was funny we booked a reservation and the restaurant was empty. We were the only ones buying food and honestly I don't appreciate being laughed at so I'm not coming back. Good food but whatever that was about was seriously childish. For just coming out of the pandemic and wanting (I would assume) to have business, I wouldnt imagine why you would all just sit there and laugh like we were stupid. My boyfriend personally can let things roll off his shoulder but he works hard, and he wanted to treat me. I spent an hour getting ready for us to have a date just to feel extremely belittled and humiliated BC of over-served and beyond drunk regulars and a loud mouth waitress who thought she was funny. What a waste of $60.
