Worst McDonald's there is. I would stay as far from this place as u could. Drive through is a joke. In q for 20 min to be told to take a parking space and wait another 20 min! Give you your hot drinks and icecream then your food 20 min later. If a hadn't payd I would have drove off! Absolute joke of a fast food place by far the worst I have ever been to. Poor poor show pps. If a could select 0 stars I would.

Absolutely shocking customer service at this McDonalds. Was ordering for a group of kids and had went through the drive through before remembering that I had forgotten to order for one of the kids at home. When I arrived at the payment point, I asked if I could add onto the order (a portion of chicken nuggets). Prob would’ve taken less than a half a minute for the cashier to do this but she refused (said it was company policy as the store was so busy), asked me to drive around and wait in the queue for the drive-through again. I spoke to the Manager and said I was not pleased with the customer service. She ended up just walking away. Very unprofessional. To make matters worst, one of the burgers in the happy meal was all squashed up/folded over. I can just imagine that this was deliberate after me making a complaint. Won’t be returning. Avoid at all cost!!

The home delivery service has taken over ! No room for diners as the delivery drivers take all the space inside the restaurant and car parking spaces. Then if your order without certain ingredients they mess it up as they are so busy. McDonald’s has allowed just eats and uber to take over their once welcoming restaurants.

Ordered from this McDonald’s restaurant Saturday 10/04/2022 now I usually get a Big Mac that has no Mac sauce lettuce or cheese. But instead I would get ketchup onions & pickles. Now what I got was an actual Big Mac lettuce Mac sauce & cheese plus ketchup mustard loads of pickles. I also ordered for my son he also had a Big Mac which was made with bottom part of bun then 2 burger patties together, then middle part of bun followed by the top part of bun. All the sauce and lettuce was underneath the 2 burger patties. When I called the restaurant they said they would replace all the order with fresh food , but I would need to drive out. The food they replaced it with was not made fresh and the order went straight in the bun. Oh the manager said if you say to just eat that you didn’t get your order , then they would give me my money back. Not for me I’m afraid.

Ordered at the drive through today and then didn't move for 20 minutes, people behind honking horns. Eventually got to the window and had to ask the guy whats the hold up, cash only. Why did no one tell all these people in the queue instead of wasting our time. Come on, absolutely ridiculous. No one came out to advise all these waiting cars. Poor management

Used to be OK but now it's been taken over by just eat and uber drivers. Since they've been moved from parking on the double yellows, the car park is full of them. Click & collect nearly impossible to use and disabled spaces are unavailable because of the drivers. Inside the restaurant is just as bad, tables are taken up by the drivers waiting on their orders. Complained in store and all the staff must have been on the same training course because it's always the same reply - shoulder shrug and "what do you want me to do about it?" Shambles of a place now!!
