Texas Roadhouse

Each of the host's and hostesses worked exceptionally hard. They were non-stop busy. They were all courteous and kind. Michelle was super friendly and waited on us in a timely manner. She served our for without any problems and everything was delicious! I had the catfish. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Awesomely delicious! Well done!

Full disclosure, this was my first bad experience with Texas Roadhouse. We had a party of 12. They were able to accommodate us without issue. Unfortunately though the service was lacking. We had 2 servers and they most definitely did not communicate AT ALL. First our drinks came out completely wrong. It took forever to even order our food and then that came out completely wrong as well. I had ordered extra dressing for my salad and I didn't get it. I then asked for extra dressing and that too never came. When our entrées finally came half of them were wrong. I didn't get the mushrooms that I ordered but instead got veggies. Someone else ordered a loaded baked potato and got a dry one. They completely forgot about the burger that someone ordered. Easy fix, but very unorganized and a bit aggravating. When I bit into my steak the temperature was wrong and it was the toughest steak I have ever eaten. I sent it back and they took it off of my bill. Again easy fix, but very annoying. Then it was time for the checks. We had already told the first server how to split them. The second server came back and asked us again how to split them. The checks came and were all completely wrong. I work in the service industry and completely understand how you can get overwhelmed sometimes but this visit was just a complete train wreck. I love Texas Roadhouse but I will most likely not be back to this location. I will definitely stick to the location in West Chester where I get Excellent service and excellent food.

Was served half raw chicken one visit. They made it right but still come on man. Another visit my son got pulled pork and was throwing up for 3 days an hour after we left and was violently ill. It was terrible. Doctor said it wasn't a virus it was food poisoning. The only thing redeemable about this place are the servers. Slick is awesome and so are all the others. Just don't get the pulled pork. Don't. Just don't. More than a few people I know stopped going here because they were getting sick from the food. Other texas roadhouse in the area seem fine. My guess is management needs retrained on food safety.

The husband and I had dinner here on 4/20/22 and our experience was wonderful. There was plenty of parking and we got seated right away by a very sweet hostess (can't remember her name- I think it may have been Ali/Ally?). It wasn't long before our waitress Hannah came over to take our order for drinks/apps. Our appetizer came out super quick, it wasn't super hot- but it was hot enough and we could tell it was fresh. Our actual food order didn't take long at all either and it came out piping hot! The food was delicious! Hannah was super attentive. I never saw her without a smile on her face. She is definitely a gem! The other staff were bussing tables and cleaning the area instead of just standing/sitting around- which was nice to see. We will continue to visit this location, as we have had no issues here unlike some other locations.
