Delicious food (try the veal and peppers special on Thursday, yummmm), outstanding service and management that goes above and beyond. While we were sitting outside, an unexpected rainstorm came out of nowhere. The manager quickly got up umbrellas, moved tables and dried everything at lightning speed. Even the music continued.

I had the fortune to visit Rossi's at the original Trenton location and had a huge burger when it was $5.99 about 10 years ago.. I had another yesterday and it was just as good and satisfying, the long hots inside the kaiser roll is like no other. However, I tasted the other items such as the roast pork and the meatball sandwich and felt it had much to improve. Pork was dry and gamey, far stretch from John's or dining and the meatballs were dense and unpleasant. Because the burger is much better in so many ways that there's a huge discrepancy in the quality of what one is served. It may have been an off day and the ingredients were not as fresh but if that is the case, kitchen management needs to step up. If it wasn't the quality then the recipes should be rethought. Atull will go back but only for the Rossiburger.
