Pizza here was about what I expected. Decent but not great. I've never had their stuffed crust before but I would say its better than a normal pie. Crust was slightly too burnt for my taste as well.

Cooks make the pizza as soon as you order and then let them sit under the heat lamp for over an hour before your driver ever delivers your pizza. Per the manager, this has to be done because he can't have them sitting on his screen. Worst location I have ever ordered from and corporate needs to fire their management and bring in management that understands customer service and food quality. Will never order from this location again unless management is changed.

The pizza is usually pretty good but everytime i go there im afraid that girl Stephanie is there. she always has a terrible attitude and curses up a storm! i have to leave my kids in the car so they dont repeat what she says at home! at this point ihave to go to other pizza places.

We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY too much sauce. It was requested as well done...not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork.
The latter of the two pies was not only not cut all the way through but also, look at the different sized slices. What a joke.
Not the first time we've had a problem here. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

Plan on cooking it at home. Ordered well done and I could still see unmelted cheese. Crust was so doughy you can stick your finger through it. Manager just hangs up the phone, if they answer at all.

I’m new to Hamilton and I’ve been ordering from this location for about a month now. I’ve been very satisfied with the speed and quality of the food every time. Definitely will be ordering from here again very soon!

Their stuffed crust pizza is amazing! The employees are very friendly and always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. They are also very good at keeping to the time. Usually if they say it'll be 15 minutes, it'll be ready in about 15 minutes if not a few minutes early. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered pizza only to find out they don't have delivery drivers of their own anymore, now using doordash. Pizza took about 40 minutes to arrive from when the dasher picked it up, and as expected was cold.
