Sonic Drive-in

I used to love coming to this sonic but here recently the service has been less than par. I ordered 4 drinks online checked into our stall and waited 25 minutes. I then pushed the button and asked where my order was and the girl said it was on its way..10 minutes later still wasn't there. I had to go through the drive through to get my order. I understand that it's hard to find good workers but I shouldn't have to wait 35 minutes for 4 drinks. I will not be going back.

So it was a terrible experience here. I then I waited 10 minutes after that to place mine. And then I waited 10 to 12 minutes at the window after I paid my money to get my food. I left without my food. I waved to them in the window because I was leaving. I'll never be back here. This place is pathetic. The person turkey taking the orders was making the food. He was packing bags and bags of sandwiches when I had chicken and fries. That's all I had. They need to close here. If they can't do deliver they need to close waited 7 minutes after her for her to place her order I haven't been there in about 2 years just because I'm not really a Sonic fan. I do like the burgers but I can get a good burger any place in town. But I decided to stop here instead of canes. There was no line one person in front of me.

Could have been much better the person who came over the speaker after I had to press the red button for the second time after waiting 15 minutes, had serious trouble understanding what I wanted after I explained it multiple times. Then after we got our food my wife's Foot long chili dog was stuck to the cardboard and was super soggy. Our tots were barely warm. At least our Diet cherry coke was quite good. I was afraid to complain about our food as you never know what someone is going to do to your food if you complain. So temper your expectations.

Food is not as good as it use to. Even the drinks. Came the other night and it was pitch black you couldn't even tell if it was open, which it was but couldn't order cause you can't even see the menu board. Please get better people. This is the location on Main Street. They are out of stuff all the time and workers don't know how to greet someone and it takes at least 10 mins or more just to get a drink. Please don't respond saying I'm sorry do something about it. We as customers pay good money to come eat at your establishment!!!!

Used to love coming to this sonic on summer Friday nights. Now not so much, food is not great. Service is in need of service, the speakers don't work well. And they almost never seem to get your order right. The ones running food are trying but without proper backing or help from management they can only do so much. One told me they mess up alot and she gets yelled at by customers all day. Sad to see this place go down hill so fast. Hopefully it can turn around so we will again enjoy coming back.

So we stop in for 4 beverages... 1- 32 ounce Sweet Tea 1- 44 ounce Diet Coke 1- 44 ounce Sprite 1- strawberry/apricot red bull slush. 4 employees were visible: 1- sitting on a table, with her phone propped up, watching her phone. 1- taking selfies and chewing on her nails. 1- young guy with curly hair just laughing and laughing. 1- the young lady at the window. She didn't give me a receipt. And only handed me 3 drinks. I asked for the sweet tea and she walked away and brought me a 32 ounce sweet tea. When we got to our friends house, we had a 44 ounce sweet tea instead of Diet Coke. My diabetic friend was quite surprised with the tea! My observation is this: don't let teenagers run the entire place without some sort of management supervision. I personally believe they may have just smoked weed...the eyes...and laughter...and the smell...call it a hunch! Oh! And on a side note, when my boyfriend held up his phone, everybody started staring at us...and the selfie girl and window girl walked into the back, where we couldn't see (them crapping their pants)...and window girl was really kinda rude: well, NOT kinda... We were NOT recording them, but they sure acted like we were.... We sat there, laughing and laughing...and drove off having a really good, cathartic laugh!
