We love the shop and garden centre but today we took cousins to the cafe. My coffee was great but my husband and cousin never got their food until we went and asked where it was. They had forgotten it. When it did arrive and hour later my cousin's toasted sandwich had the incorrect filling. Never once did anyone apologize.

I love their cafe and their store settting. I have gained some wonderful gardening ideas from Palmers. Unfortunately for this thrifty gardener, their merchandise is more expensive than the likes of the big Hardware stores in Hamilton. Especially for bulk bags of Potting mix, compost and the likes. I have managed to purchase some really great gifts for other gardener friends and relatives from Palmers. And I do love the health of their plants, especially fruit trees and Vegetables.
Worth paying a little extra for. Their indoor plants are also very healthy, and reasonably priced

Nice clean store, lots of nice displays, good variety of gifts to buy, inside Cafe looks nice, will be back to try... Update went back coffee and carrot cake, very nice! Love the garden beds and flowers all around your tables.
