We had a great night out at this place on a Thursday night. What a cool vibe, very eclectic with the comfy lounge furniture and interesting decor. Ivan, the owner, was such a lovely person to talk to. Loved listening to the Jamie Pye Quartet on their national tour. Plus we won a raffle prize and bought some interesting items. Thanks Ivan, hope to visit again soon.

It's a good place to chill. We went on Wednesday and got some fine acts. The guys on the band were great. The place features different bands on different days. Recommend checking their website. Very local feeling if that means anything. Different sorts of chairs inside. I'm sure they're all comfy. Could do a bit more advertising

Bit of a dungeon but good all the same. Bit remenissant of the cavern in liverpool.compfy couches and seating. Bit loud for me but hard to control a mad drummer. Big fan of electronic drums for that reason

Good venue, very friendly and inclusive vibe, safe. You get metal, you get jazz, you get singer songwriters DJ's, 80s nights, all sorts. Nivara caters for most tastes. Ivan looks after everyone really well and has a great vision for having a live music venue. I give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement in any venture, maybe popcorn or pizza or something who knows! Nivara is great !
