Always a great spot for lunch and dinner. Went for their lunch deal recently and the burger was a delight.

Great atmosphere and staff were all lovely. Went in at lunch time and had our pick of the tables. Cocktails were fabulous along with the wine.

Had a fabulous night here with work colleagues. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was incredibly good and great value. The pre order was great as it ment we didnt need to wait long on our food being served.
A great place minutes walk from Central Station. Will definitely visit again with family/friends.
Thank you

Hidden gem! Enjoyed the 2 course meals at lunchtime with a Capri Spritz. Ambience super cool pub feel and service was spot on.

Really beautiful place, decor was lovely and there was someone playing piano which was really nice! Was offered veggie/vegan menu on arrival which I appreciated however a number of things weren't actually available and it seemed the menu was outdated. The staff member was incredibly nice and accommodating/apologetic about it so I don't fault the service one bit but it was disappointing to find out that two desserts I asked for weren't actually available and had to get something else.
Also, oddly, a number of the dishes on the veggie menu weren't listed on the full menu? Non veggies may also want to eat veggie options but maybe that's due to the main menu being more up to date.
I ordered the jackfruit curry which was quite nice but I'd have preferred the jackfruit to be cut up or "pulled" as it's often served. The pieces were really large and hard to cut up smaller in the bowl it was served in.
Overall, nice place I would return to. I can imagine it would be even nicer in the evening for a date. Great ambiance!

Great beer and fish and chips! It's a tad on the pricey side, but very tasty. The atmosphere is great.

Great pub only a block from the train station. I had a pot pie with beef tips and haggis, served with a side of mashed potatoes and greens that was delicious. The beer menu offered a light Beavertown IPA that paired well with the pie.

Another Sunday Roast visit today.
It had been recommended to us so we were intrigued to see if it lived up the the recommendation.
The staff were friendly on arrival and seated us right away.
We all ordered the Rump of Beef Sunday Roast. The combination of Yorkshire puding, duck fat potatoes, charcoal blackened carrot, sauteed greens and red wine gravy were delicious.
The potatoes weren't crispy but they were seriously warm, which I really enjoyed. Nothing worse than a cold roast potato with your meal.
The charcoal blackened carrot wasn't to my taste, but hubby and Mum enjoyed.
Hubby had the sticky toffee pudding for desert and Mum and I had the pistachio cake. Both were delicious and really topped off the meal.
The cocktails that we had were also really refreshing and not over powering. A nice addition to the meal.
All three of us rated it 8 out of 10.
Hubby commented it was his second favourite roast we've tried.
A hidden gem in Glasgow that is worth a visit for it's Sunday roast for sure!

Visited on a Sunday to try the roast dinner. One of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long, long time. The food was sublime. Beautifully cooked meat and the accompaniments were all outstanding. The service was faultless. Live music added an unexpected magical atmosphere. The interior design was homely yet sophisticated. A perfect meal and I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending
