yummy, fresh and flavoursome food - we ordered for delivery and food arrived fast and hot! loved the plaintains, chicken stew and jerk chicken and all the tasty sides too. good sized portions, looking forward to eating at the restaurant and trying more delicious food :)

Bantaba is a fantastic restaurant. The place is spacious, natural light streaming through the window and the food was just amazing! The chicken spring rolls are a lovely hot surprise, best ones I’ve ever tasted. The Chicken Yassa was delicious and the red rollof rice on the ball! The portions of the man meal were great, I couldn’t finish it and leave room for my excellent puff puff dessert with chocolate sauce, gorgeous piping hot, light crunchy pastry balls.
Thank you for the excellent service and food we will definitely be back!

What a unique little place. The staff were extremely friendly and informative about the history of the food. The food was so flavoursome. Highly recommend trying their own fruit drinks.

Very good food and nice staff. Average prices, around 11-12 pounds per dishes. Some plates are very spicy, but interesting combination of ingredients. I strongly recommend it.

Great Gambian food cooked by real Gambian’s. It made me feel like I was back having food in the compounds of The Gambia. The staff were amazing and their soft drinks out of this world.
