Steak pie recommended worth a visit especially at this time of the year,though the bar takes a card the food/kitchen are cash only only downside and their are no signs for this on the menu or signed mot great.
Smashing pub, lovely friendly staff. Food was excellent (especially steak pie)and the atmosphere was brilliant.
Prices were surprising for a west end pub too,very cheap compared to Byars road pubs.
In here for lunch (and a few pints) thoroughly enjoyed.
Steak pie & mash followed by apple pie with custard.
