Nova Kitchen & Bar

We had an intimate group dinner here for about 10-12 people. The waiters and waitresses were so friendly and very accommodating to our big group. We had their duck salad, sushi roll platter, and some edamame for appetizers and they were all so tasty and fresh. I got the salmon dish as my main entree and it was so crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked in the inside. The sauce it came with was savory and delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again even just for drinks!

OMG! I found another panty dropper! Food, atmosphere and service. The trifecta! It's a little on the pricey side. We had two appetizers, a role, a dish and four drinks total came to about $150. This is truly a fusion-based restaurant with foods that are very deep and complex filled with layers. The service is next level. Our server was Richard. He knocked it out of the park with all of his recommendations. Took the time to speak with us and get to know our preferred tastes and made recommendations accordingly. Even the manager on duty. David took time to make sure that we were comfortable and that everything was going well but never second-guessing his server. This was an addition too. High class, high quay. Just done right.

I gave it a 3 star for food only because the brunch selection was very limited. It was a lot smaller food choices than we anticipated. It wasn't their fault that they had a bad batch of oysters that Sunday we were there (oysters weren't available that day), but that was big bummer since it was something we looked forward to. The beef tenderloin was amazing though; very tender, perfectly medium rare & not overcooked & not overly seasoned. And you can't order anything else if you go on a brunch day. Which again, leaves me with very limited choices. Atmosphere is 5 stars for sure, love the ambiance! Bottomless mimosa was great as well and it comes with an extra mixed drink of choice. Service was fantastic & very accommodating. Nathan was our server, who was very polite, patient and very quick with service. I wasn't too thrilled with brunch, so I may come back on a different day to try their other food selections.

Finally got to try their sunday brunch after booking 3 months in advanced. We went with the buffet option ($65.99/pp before tax/tip), the food selection was limited but was of high quality. Standouts we’re the jumbo cocktail shrimp and a bacon wrapped steak with the sauce. I wish there was more of a selection for the buffet dessert as it was a bit underwhelming. There is an option for bottomless mimosas (an additional $20) which is perfect for the live DJ party vibe they had going on. Overall, food was great but it is a bit pricey for what is included in the buffet.

Great restaurant all around! We came to try their buffet style dining, and we were not disappointed. Every item was super delicious and tasty. The atmosphere was was great and their staff also great. They have good selection of sushi and fresh oysters, and also the tenderloin bacon wrapped was moist and tender. Variety of cocktails also are available. We will be back to try other items on the menu.
