Every time I’m visiting SoCal, I actually always go to Y Tea 🥹 I’ve always been a fan of the popcorn chicken because it’s crispy and their spicy cilantro sauce is so good and special. They also make the popcorn chicken spicy but you gotta let them know! Over the years I feel like the chicken isn’t as crispy as it used to be but it’s still bomb. The drinks are relatively mid — but I never come here for the drinks. I haven’t tried any of their food but I’ll for sure give it a try next time

Le offers the best customer service! This place was definitely better than expected. I got the Bubble Rain drink but it was so hard to come to that decision because everything looked and smelled SO GOOD. If you have Le as your server... you're in good hands. He deserves a raise. Thank you Le! You're great!! Definitely coming back soon with a few new customers! Update: I've gone again a few other times and thought it was honorable to mention and recognize Thu, she was so patient and lovely. I truly appreciate her service. Love this place. Came back 3 days in a row because my wife loves their Strawberry Chamoy drink. The boba here is good and chewy, yet soft. The popcorn chicken is good, love the green sauce. If you don't like very sweet drinks, this is the place for you. To give an idea of my sweetness level, I usually order 25% sweetness. Here, I get 100% sweetness and it's good for me.

This spot is known for crawfish, banh mi, sugar cane, boba! That's all I need, honestly!! I had: 1. Pink sugarcane 2. Crawfish garlic noodles The store is located in a complex with lots of parking spaces. The store is decorated with cute lightings outdoor and faux plants indoor. Looks really cute when you enter the store! The food is really good!! I love sugarcane and this place got it, so I'm in love. It's that simple! The sugarcane is sweet and cool and definitely the drink to come in the summer! Service is pretty quick. This place can be ordered to eat in store or can take for to go. Suitable for lunches/dinners or quick bites.

I'm more of a 0% sweetness fragrant tea type of boba connoisseur, but this place keeps me coming back with their fruit drinks. At whatever sugar level, the fruit drinks here have a very balanced blend of real fruits and the milk/cheese foam. No powder or sweet jam/jelly that I can detect in my drinks. Just natural fresh fruits that taste great. Prices are pretty standard. Overall very solid hole-in-a-wall boba place in the area.
