So excited that a staff member there took the time to see my frustration in trying to decide between two different flavored shakes then suggested that I could combine the two flavors with out a problem and was not charged any more then the regular price of a shake. Was super happy the shake was amazing I continue to to there for this reason alone. My only problem was I didn't get his name to be able to thank him but it was on a holiday evening the year before last. So thank you again im still combining the two flavors and loving it. Oreo and Strawberry together make for an amazing shake try it.. 😋 yum

I love this Jack in the Box. They are very nice and courteous. I always order drive thru and I get served by Jane she’s an angel I absolutely love her. The fryer is doing an amazing job my tacos are always fresh, crunchy, and crispy. My children get either Nuggets or Strips with fries they are soft and crispy not burnt and nasty as I’ve gotten in other places.

This place is nice and have great food depending on who is taking your order. Sometimes it may take a while to get your food but it is because they are busy and under staff. Overall decent customer service.

Friendly to all. Clean food fresh. But most of all they care for their community. During hot spells this Jack n box gave ice cold water to anyone who needed it. Our homeless community is large and there is compassion at this restaurant. They are blessed.

Nice staff and they keep it clean. What more could you really ask for from a chain store. The food is good, that doesn't really change, but it's the people who make or break it when it comes to fast food chains.
