This is the place to get authentic Vietnamese sausages which is quite popular in Vietnamese cuisine. The sausages are made of pork or beef and are traditionally wrapped in banana leaves. They come in different variant savory like powdered cinnamon, black peppercorns, pork skin, herb, etc.
