Raised their prices but won’t change prices on the menu. Customer service needs a lot of help. Staff needs professional training. Instead of opening a box of straws to refill containers, manager grabs them from my table where I’m eating and brings them to the other customers. Never was checked on during the duration of my visit. My order was wrong; missing meat from pho. I use to come here once a week for the past 4 months to support this business but I will not be coming back. I got my monies worth the first time I visited. As time has passed the place has gone down hill. There’s no organization. The place is messy. Boxes everywhere. I wanted to support this small restaurant but times are getting harder to pay for a place that rips me off and doesn’t care about regular customers. Disappointed.
