Me and Takeko love this place. Super reasonable and they have the best non-Hmong egg rolls I've ever had! If you like Vietnamese vermicelli bowls then get 23a. It's a vermicelli bowl with 2 egg rolls. Do yourself a favor and get order and extra roll! You won't regret it.
