The food is good when it makes it to your bag. If something is missing....make sure and bring in your bag with your receipt to show them. Otherwise they treat you like a criminal for requesting your missing item. We honestly hardly go to this location because if it anymore. I understand mistakes being made but I don't understand the bad customer service and mistreatment over a simple mistake they made. This location will improve when there customer service does.

Lines are long during lunch time and instead of picking up orders they’re in there laughing and have the radio full blast i understand “making work fun” but at least pay attention to what they’re doing! I ordered tacos and got Egg rolls instead and they always mess up on my fries.. wish they got better workers it’s always the same one’s that mess up orders.

Wish I could post a picture of my horrible order. Ordered loaded fries and let me tell you wasn't NOTHING loaded about them. Lots of cold stale fries with one little glob of cheese. Ordered 3 egg roles and got 2. Ordered a ultimate cheeseburger with curly fries and got regular cold fries. The fish sandwich was delicious though. All in all I was very disappointed in my visit. I called at 11:01pm and spoke with a guy claiming to be Tyrone and said he was the district manager. Never once apologized and basically told me I got what I got. Very bad customer service and has to be the worst location in the starte of Texas

I promise you this is the worst location ever! I’m always missing items when I go through the line. I’ve never complained until today. Last week went through the line and paid for buttermilk which I’ve never paid for anywhere else. And didn’t receive it in my bag. So I went back today Sunday and asked for it in DT and the kid taking order tells me if I had my receipt. So disrespectful to ask someone while they are ordering. I told them that I would call corporate and some other girl came on the speaker and said that they weren’t corporate they were franchise and laughed. So I’m guessing franchise doesn’t care about customer service and how there employees treat customers.This is what happens when you let kids run a fast food business. They need better training service and hospitality. Gainesville Location is so different compared to other locations. This location needs to get rid of all there employees and start fresh with new employees.
