Buffalo Wild Wings

Understood there's covid, but if I drive to your restaurant with a family of 8 in the same vehicle, one would expect to sit with my family for dinner. There was a total of four tables tonight with people seating, and we were required to sit at separate tables. Bar tender/floor manager does NOT have have covering (a mask on your neck, under your chin does not count). Please, if you ask your patrons to follow guidelines, suggest you treat the patrons (who are supporting your business) to be treated at least as fairly. Have to edit this review. Miriam is an excellent server! She took this review from on to three! Ok. Wild Wings as a franchise is back to one star as a total experience. Called the phone number in the reply below to help make suggestions, and after 12min, finally spoke with a nice woman with a heavy accent. Asked if she could kindly repeat and was hung up upon. Called the number a second time and was on hold for 23 more mins before giving up. YMMV, but perhaps our party of 8 was too much to handle, but overall sub-par.

Typically not a fan of this type of restaurant. But its a pretty sweet here. Service is nice. There's tons of sports TV inside and a nice patio outside (I sat outside). The drinks are too expensive. But the food is decently priced. The traditional wings are okay (better than Zaxbys) The snack will yield 5 wings. Great fries. My burger was nice, nothing over the top or adventurous $$

I thoroughly enjoy B-Dubs! This location exceeds the standard! The service staff is polite and always get my order correct. When you are unclear on a beer selection, they allow you to sample one before buying, which is a bonus, considering how many choices are on tap. This particular visit, I order the Wild sauce, 10 traditional wings and they were delicious and quite large! This B-Dubs is definitely a notch above the local store near me. I will definitely return for another lunch soon!

This is a long one. Door dashers and people ordering from DD and similar delivery services, beware. It’s apparent from my visit the staff here do not support or respect delivery drivers or their customers. I sent two emails. It’s been a week and haven’t heard anything from them. It’s sad. I’m a door dasher and had a VERY unpleasant experience with the employees and restaurant manager. I walked in and waited at the front desk to pick up an order for M. I waited for 5 minutes and during this time 2 of the employees looked at me and quickly looked away to avoid helping me. Nobody was at the front area to bring my order. I went to the bar, because the bartender wasn’t busy and I needed to get this customer’s order. . As soon as I walked up, another customer wanted to order and she went straight to him and once again, ignored me. After that, I wasn’t happy and I asked a server where I need to go to get this order. She pointed me to the pick up are, where I started. Fun. I went back to the pickup area and saw a crowd of guests at the door. It was then that the “store manager” finally appeared and said “I’ll be right with you.” I told her thank you. I have been waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. Her reply? “No, I saw you when you came in.” My question was then why didn’t she help me when she saw me? She was helping other customers. The other customers must have been in the kitchen or employee area because she was definitely not in the front. Her response was to then argue with me that the food wasn’t even ready (I received two texts that the food WAS ready) and that she would not allow me to pick up the order and would give it to another person. She then called Door Dash and had my order cancelled. What she didn’t know was that Door Dash platform was having issues that day - we were getting orders from across town which is NOT normal. When she cancelled the order with me, the person who picked it up could have been in Oakwood. In her attempt to hurt me, she has actually hurt the customer. He’s the person mostly affected by this situation. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, and I worst vendor service. I definitely will not be picking up orders from this location (or eating here) again. -Heather P

I've always liked this restaurant. I'm hard on chain restaurants but this one is better than the rest. I don't know about most of the entrees on their menu cause I always get wings. They are nicely cooked and not soggy with sauce. The new sauces are pretty good. The orange chicken is a bad excuse for Asian zing, but pizza is interesting and I'd order it again.

First time at this location and ordered takeout tonight. Excellent service. Order was ready on time and bag was hot, so I knew it was fresh. I live almost an hour out, so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfectly delicious with an hour drive back (we got fries to) but it was perfectly delicious! The lady at the cash register where I checked out was very helpful and went out of her way to answer I question I had. They even included a small bag with the sauces I requested online, forks, napkins, and wet wipes! This was all without me even asking at the restaurant. Thanks guys for a wonderful dinner! Appreciate it!
