Patrice is amazing with her superior customer service even while juggling multiple customers like a professional. Highly recommend this Subway after attending another prior in the night. The other location gave poor service & without explaining & seemingly unaware how to take payment via the mobile app, left me to pass on my salad I had ordered with much difficulty already. I went to this location instead & Patrice turned my experience around with more than I could ask for. I got a delicious salad & was able to pay with the app with ease as is usually normal! Me and my coworkers went for lunch. We had a few questions about the fact they weren’t accepting coupons. The manager answered quickly and as if she had an attitude about the questions we had.. While we were waiting this gentleman didn’t have a mask on and she said he needed to have one to enter so my coworker went to the car and handed him one well she was making two subs and he told the cashier he was going to pay for hers and the cashier stated “don’t do that for them.. do it for your own kind.

The Customer service there was really poor. The young girl in the front was wearing a scarf on the front line. It took her 45 mins to make our subs. All they did was flirt with the young boys that came in the restaurant and after waiting for the young ladies to finish my order she still did not get my order right, worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! They should be FIRED!!!!!

Went there 2 get a club sandwich. They said that they do not carry the roast beef, which goes on the sandwich. The issue is they had no substitute 4 the roast beef and wanted 2 charge extra 4 replacing with more ham which comes on the sandwich. Then they also did not have Italian bread. The restaurant was hot. They had 4 people making 3 sandwiches very slowly. And 1 seemed not 2 k n o what she was doing. While she conversated with another employee , instead of preparing my food.
