Smoothie King

First time coming to this location...The two persons helping me yesterday did a great job🏆, I was looking for a liquid meal for a friend staying at the 🏥 hospital, no issues with my special requests too🥤, very friendly and kind! Seeing my friend enjoying the smoothie they made made me very happy and thankful 😊

This location is terrible. I go to Smoothie King on a daily basis and the last 2 days has been just awful all around. My specialty smoothie (mama's apple pie) order has been done wrong terribly (twice now) They obviously don't know their measurements. The lady behind the counter was unprofessional and rude. Never wanted to fix the mistake after the 1st time. She really could really care less and argued about the issue. I will go to a different location next time. 2

I am so impressed with Smoothie Kings new menu. Most of their smoothies do not have added sugar in them. Their menu makes it clear what smoothies have added sugar. They have GREAT vegan smoothie options. These smoothies taste great and are healthy. The customer service is excellent at this Smoothie King. The store smells like bleach, so you know it is clean. The employees are happy to recommend additions and explain they will remake a smoothie if you don't like it. Great experience every time!

Always tastes great and most of the staff is friendly enough. However, wait times are WAY too long and out of the 10 or so times I've ordered ahead online, my order has been ready at the promised time ONCE. I usually even allow a few extra minutes before arriving for pickup. A few times I've even arrived to find the staff hanging out in the back and my order hadn't even been started. Today I ordered ahead and allowed about 6 or 7 extra minutes before arriving for pickup. When I arrived, I discovered that the store was closed to the public again due to Covid (no big deal, I understand) but, of course, my order was not ready. I asked how long it would be since it had already been over 15 minutes and was told "I'm not sure, we'll bring it out when it's ready." So I gave the girl my name and car description. For the next 10 minutes I watched this poor girl go to every car in the parking lot auctioning off smoothies and trying to figure out where they went. I finally called to her that I had to leave to go to work and to just cancel my order. She said "okay" and went back inside. No apologies, no offer for a refund. I called the customer support number and was told they would reach out to them about a refund. I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt because of Covid but I've had these issues at this location for much longer than that. This is the most convenient location for me but I will not be back for a while. I really hope upper management steps in soon and develops a system not only for Covid service but for when you reopen as well. Your staff needs much better training.
