Pueblos Mexican Cuisine

This was a quick stop on our way to a friend's for the night as we were on our way back home to Florida. Just something to eat. What a wonderful surprise. Excellent food but most surprising was the customer service we received in our drink order being taken by the Manager. Awesome tasting Margaritas the way. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Moses. Moses has excellent customer service skills. Knows the menu so did not need to write down the order, sometimes this unnerves me but all turned out well. Smiled, laughed joked with us tired travelers not too much though let us eat. Brought homemade guacamole that was excellent as well and we spoke of similar backgrounds. They are going to lose him eventually to the medical field where his patients are going to remember him for the same reasons we did. Moses is an asset to Pueblos for as long as he is there. We will be back in the Spring and will stopping for the food and hopefully to say hi to Moses.

First and foremost. The restaurant is very quaint and the employees put their efforts in to make sure you have a clean environment great welcoming service and good food. What I will say in return to those negative reviews. Everyone is struggling hiring. We have a wonderful team. It's so much easier to give a bad review over a good experience. We get it. This place was AWFUL!!! The food was so bland. We ordered the shrimp and chicken fajitas for two and the plate was 80% onions and 15% peppers. The rest was chicken and shrimp that was rubbery and tasteless. If you are going to charge almost$30, at least try to make it worth it. That's way too much money for a plate of onions and rubber. We will not go back here again.
