Texas Roadhouse

First off we waited 17mins before anyone bring us some bread or ask us what we wanted to drink. I had to ask someone to serve us. It was me and my girlfriend. After we order our drink and food we still didn’t get our drink. I had to ask for the drink because our waiter was to busy flirting with the female staff. We had already gotten our appetizer and sides but no drink. We still left the waiter a $20 tip but just realize something that could had been $50 if the service was good. I’ve only left a $60 tip to one waitress a month ago because her service was excellent. I come here with my girlfriend once every two week sometimes once every week. This was the first time I had issue here. I’m not going to put his name down because I don’t want to get him in trouble but do a better job next time. He know who I’m talking about. Don’t complain if you do t get a good tip because next time I will Tip lower.

Regretfully, especially on the NY day, with a kid... I wouldn't give more than 2 stars, but the staff there is very nice. Otherwise - totally disappointing: the main specialty (Full Slab or something like that) - looking great, but feeling as if it was cooked a loooong time ago, frozen, and cooked again...No taste, the meat falling off the ribs... However, the main disappointment was the kid's mini cheeseburger: the bread looked like it had been already bitten off before, and then saved for the next client... Spiced with a thick, long black hair... My son - thank God - did not eat eat it (for no apparent reason). I saw the hair only when trying to pack the burger for carrying it away... A VERY long wait... But the meat did not seem to be just off the grill when delivered, the shrimp side orders were plain cold... Not coming there again... Even if there is no waiting list, a huge and total surprise for me: the place seems to be outrageously popular, and now I wonder - why???? To suffer from the icy air conditioner blowing straight onto your head, and giving you a sore throat, a noticeable headache, and all other cold symptoms within 10 minutes???

This review is on a to go order!! I ordered extra sauces ranch, honey mustard, and extra butter. We didn’t receive those ( not a huge deal). We had 6 rolls with 1 small cup of butter. Also asked for plastic wear. We ordered 4 meals they gave us one thing of plastic-wear. I called and was just letting someone know to double check the orders going out. Also, I ordered loaded fries with both of the burger meals. This is something we paid extra for. Well I will attach a picture of those. To paid extra for loaded fries you would think the whole order would have cheese and bacon one them not just 1 large steak fry. We looked over that as well. The last straw was our burgers was suppose to be well done. I ate one bite of the burger and it was raw on the inside. We were so disappointed at this point we just threw our meals away. I know times are tough, and sometimes staff is short, but this is unacceptable. It not like this was a Burger King cheese burger . This meal cost our family a lot of money.

We love the food at Texas Roadhouse but the last three times we did an online order, there has been something wrong. The last time, a girl brings our food to curbside and I saw a salad in the bag. I said this is not our food, I see a salad and we did not order salad. She flips the bag around to the receipt and says, is this your name!?! I said yes! But do you see a salad on my receipt??? She then says let me check on it and goes back inside. I said when you come back, I want extra rolls and butter. I waited a long time watching her bring order after order out. Finally, she brings my order. I asked her if my extra rolls were in there and she says yes. I drive off only to find one plate of food in there was not ours and one of our meals was missing. Also, no extra rolls. I drive back over there and tell her what is missing. Again, she walks several people their food and never came back to me. I had to get her attention to ask her what was going on. She said oh, we are making that fresh! I said that is good but my other plates are going to be cold. I asked to speak to manager but the girl either did not tell her or the manager did not care. The time before our rolls were not done and we were missing sauces, etc. The time before, we ordered tater skins and they came out with just potatoes! And we got no rolls that time. Again, we love their food but we won't be back anytime soon.

My daughters favorite place to eat so I decided to take her to dinner while home on college break. Her steak was burnt, waitress rarely checked in and didn’t fulfill anything we really asked her for such as even a first refill on tea, to-go order was never placed obviously as even when my daughters steak finally was re-cooked and sent out, we still didn’t have our to-go order. Asked for a manager twice with no luck. The bartender finally came over to our table and was going to look for our to-go order when the waitress came flying over and rudely says “I hope your day gets better” as she tossed the bag on the table with our to-go order and immediately walked away. Even the bartender was shocked with her attitude. Get home and as my family member opened their to-go order - BURNT!!

My family met at this location for a late Christmas get together on New Years day. We were a party of seven. Elijah was our server. He did an amazing job. From start to finish, he was timely, cordial and got everything right on our orders. He definitely knows his job and seems to enjoy it. The food was all amazing and perfectly cooked. Thank you for a great visit.
