Dunkin'

I love Dunkin and the employees they hire are pretty great. I unfortunately was very dissatisfied to hear that the manager cliff at the Dunkin location on 13th will not be providing large waters even if we are offering to pay. I asked them to charge me a coffee but give me water instead which they didn’t want to do. I could have asked for 3 small waters and that would be more expensive than the 1 large cup I originally wanted. I live in Florida and it’s in the middle of summer on one of the hottest days and I have been moving items out of a storage unit with my family all day. All I wanted was a large water so I didn’t pass out. I hope as a company, you guys will allow your customers to purchase a large water if they want it.

Although the drinks were good they just don’t listen… I told them to give me a apple cranberry refresher no Ice because I wanted to get as much refresher as possible and this is what they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous… same thing with the one I got that had little ice… same amount like are u kidding. Don’t come here. Worse part is that employees don’t pick up the phone dropping my 3 stars to 2

Buckle up... These guys really served me this after coercing me into getting extra muffins even though I am trying my hardest to cut back on the carbs. "I'll give you one for free." What am I an animal?! Of course I took it! My waistline is furious! However I was pretty happy at the time. But when I go to take a sip of my coffee, the entire reason I even came before the Gainesville Carb Mafia loaded me up on product, it's low! They shorted me at least 6 fl oz of coffee!!! How am I supposed to wash down my third shame muffin now Don Carb-leone? This needs to be made right and you know it. Dunkin' my expectations...
