Papa John's

I wanted to do something nice for my students for the last day of the semester. So I ordered a couple of pizzas online to be delivered the next day in our classroom. We waited and waited and after 30 minutes I had to call them and they say the driver is on her way. Finally the driver called me 45 minutes later to tell me that she can't even reach my location and I had to go meet her 10 minutes walk from where we were. All my students were disappointed and the whole thing was just embarrassing. How difficult is it for you guys to deliver a couple of pizzas?

Great food. Fast delivery. Paul must be the best delivery driver ever. Super fast. Especially considering dude drives a prius. So polite and professional I asked his name just so I could write this review. Worth my $5 tip every time. The cooks do a great job also and never skimp on the toppings. Love my Papa Johns.

The staff is very nice and friendly, the location not so much. For being a major pizza name the store looks horrible and not in a dirty way. The place looks like a two year old painted it and didn't care how it would come out. Its sad to see this from a big name because Papa John's deserve better owners then that. I thought maybe it's just this location but no, all the locations in Gainesville Florida look abandoned. When you walk into Domino's pizza on Archer road then walk into Papa John's (right next door) you don't have wonder witch company cares more about there customers and staff. I love Papa John's but I will never buy from these locations again.
