Papa Johns Pizza

I have been going to this Papa John's since it opened a long time ago... The pizza is usually good sometimes it's overcooked but usually it's okay. I was extremely disappointed to go in there recently to see that the dough was half as thick as it usually is which Papa John's is known for thick dough and they drowned it in too much sauce and it actually looked more like a pizza hut Pizza which pizza hut is absolutely disgusting... I'm an Italian American who has family in Italy with Italian pizzerias so I'm an expert on pizza. Papa John's was one of the only restaurants in America that had a decent Pizza. But I guess those days are gone with their negative PR and now them skimping on ingredients and changing the recipes, they're going to go out of business very soon , I will never come back to this restaurant again.

Nadia at Papa John's on Archer provided me with great service. She was pleasant, relatable, and reassuring as a manager when speaking to me via telephone after I received an incorrect order. The incorrect order looked great but was not mine. Nadia quickly took care of my concern and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. I appreciate great service and great food. Thank you!

This place is very disorganized. I place an order 1 week ago to date exactly and my order was delivered no problem. However I placed an order tonight and they call me as my order is coming out of the oven to tell me that they do not deliver to my area. For me to be able to get my order I have to walk 0.1 mile to meet the driver. Yes 0.1 mile really!!! When 7 days ago my order was delivered to my door... I will no longer order anything from this location again.

If I could give this location anything less than a whole star I truly would. It’s sad that in the times we live in that the people whom work at this location could be so uncaring to older people. I assist a patient in ordering food which after waiting an hour and a half it never came. We called the location and was informed by Brook the assistant manager and the Gm Brent maybe we called a different location, the order was never even placed in the system among a few other questions and upon asking a for a corporate number was told oh they’ll only be sending you out coupons they won’t do anything it doesn’t matter. Well it mattered to my resident and it matters how we treat people. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else
