This is the second time we’ve ordered a five piece tenders and only received three. One of the three barely had any chicken in it. At least it was actually crispy this time.

I was greeted with an extremely pleasant young woman who promptly took my order. I'll order something different next time though. Their fried shrimp was a bit too spicy for me. But it was good. My son loved it

The drive thru had a really long wait time. I'm not sure why because there were only a couple of cars ahead of me. I waited for about 30 minutes or longer. The food did taste fresh once I finally received it. My order was also correct this time which has been a bit of a problem in the past.

This is the first Popeyes that I've been disappointed with. The place needs a good cleaning and they screwed up and didn't include the biscuits, which is an important part of the fried chicken meal. The lady in the cooking area was very pleasant and acknowledged us and said thank you for coming in. The assembly area is what messed up and on an order of that size, one would think that they'd want to make sure it was right.....too bad.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I've been to this location other times and they've been slow before but today really took the cake. I was doing a doordash order that was ordered ahead of time and when I got there the order hadn't even been started I sat at the store for over 30 minutes waiting for them to make the order. It was a very small order too 10-piece chicken nuggets chicken sandwich and a biscuit. And it took them forever to get that to me. I saw several people come in and get very big orders after me and left before me. I will never come to this location ever again and Popeye's one of my favorite fast food places. The employees here were intentionally slow they tried to ignore me even though when I tried to get in their attention all around unprofessional customer service and unprofessional workers

This is not the new one. Service was terrible and unprofessional as I figured it would be. The cover photo is miss leading, avoid at all cost. Also the pie taste like it was cooked with the chicken, my order was completely wrong. I got cold fries, a inedible biscuit, a breath with a wing still attached, and not the right count of chicken. Just one bite I was trying my best not to throw up. Zero stars

I was given a hard, stale, soggy fish sandwich. I couldn’t turn back due to traveling. No, picture, because I threw it away. I tried to call to complain and no one answered the phone. Terrible! Why serve a paying customer a soggy sandwich you wouldn’t eat yourself. An Management evaluation is definitely needed at this Popeyes.

We had great service as well as delicious food from the crew here at Popeye's. Ms Tara (Assistant Manager) helped us with our order, and she made sure we got everything we wanted. The crew was friendly and helpful with out drinks, condiments, salt/pepper, and all else. I'm sure we will be back in the future. Always tasty spicy chicken!
