Super polite staff, clean location, good variety of snacks.
It’s hospital coffee, Stick to the very basics, so you won’t be disappointed. Because all of their fancier teas & matchas are terrible. (Honestly even the vanilla latte we ordered was a let down) I feel bad for the workers/students that have no other choice. Absolutely abysmal if you’re looking for a morning pick me up. Save your money.
But if you have NO other choice, just get something frozen & drowning in sugar to cover up the quality. Good luck!

Tried the mocha foray today, very nice! I prefer the mocha frappe at McDonald's to the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino so Opus"s mocha foray was yummy.

Like to change it up sometimes from drinking Starbucks. They have nice customer service and bring in cool new drinks to try.

Coffee was ok, but tables were filthy. I asked for them to be cleaned. Someone came out, but seemed upset I asked. Cleaned two tables, but others were left unclean. Two people had to go outside to have their drinks as a result. Didn’t use any type of sanitizer .. appeared to be a wet rag. Food and debris on floors. Uncomfortable during a pandemic. :( Disappointing considering it is in Shands.

Their white mocha is really good! While chocolate mocha is my favorite drink at Starbucks but Opus beats it for me!

Coffee is very good but service mediocre. The shop was not busy. We ordered a croissant and asked for it to be sliced to share. The barista asked if she could put it on a bag as they didn't have clean plates. I asked if
she could wash a plate rather than toss more paper in the garbage. She did but should not have needed prompting. Croissant was from Upper Crust and excellent.

The pastries and drinks are good, but they’ve gotten my drink order wrong so many times that I sometimes just want to stop coming here.

I live in Raleigh, NC and have been a remote customer for about 4 years now. I love the quality of the coffee beans and the variety. Delivery is quick and I am always a satisfied customer.
