It's been a few years since my last visit. Have always enjoyed their prime ribs. This outing I tried the Aussie style prime rib. It was cooked as requested. The taste was unique and flavorful. The quality for the cut of meat was very disappointing. I ordered the 16 Oz. It was cut at an angle like a ski slope. Leaving to question if it was really 16 Oz. Now prime rib is normally marbled with fat. This is well understood and expected. What was served turned out to be fully 40% fat. All at one end. That should have been trimmed ahead of serving. Sad to see the chain losing it's edge. Won't be ordering that again. My wife cooks better at home.

This Outback is awesome. The foods are prepped as requested. The staff is very accommodating. The restaurant is very clean. I eat here a few times a week. The management team is very good to work for. Hi Alli the best bartender in the world.

Good location. Was not busy on Christmas Eve. Staff was great, food was even better. I would recommend to all.

Twisted ribs are hard and overcooked. The steak was raw and they just can't get it right. What a shame since the waitress was amazing. Nice decor but not worth the low quality cooks.

I did not like the way that they prepared the prime rib . But the customer service was excellent. The manager was really nice and helpful.

The food was great and the waitress was friendly. Downside is they seem to be wearing masks below their nose which isn't great and they were a bit slow coming to our table to get our order but understandably it was quite busy.
Also minor nitpicking on my end but it was odd being greeted at an Australian themed restaurant with a "hey y'all."

My first time been in this restaurant and has good flavor in the food except my drink I couldn't drinking was too way sweet in the piña colada drink.

Eating here now, not busy at all, servers energetic, great atmosphere, fast good food, compliments to the entire staff and management!
