Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The zucchini fries alone are worth dining here! Dipped in ranch...YUM! Thankfully they're endless like the french fries! We both got the Royal burger with an over hard egg on top. I got a veggie burger instead of beef. I won't do that here again. It had a weird after taste. But the real beef burgers are delish!

The burgers are great and they have really tasty healthier options as well. I've had their salads, Chicken sandwiches (have order with a traditional bun as well as wrapped in lettuce) and all have been really good. This is a great place to bring kids. The staff interacts with and is friendly to them, it's loud enough to where they aren't going to bother anyone else and their kids meals are not just prepared Kraft Macaroni.

The worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. We walked in and it felt like a sauna. We ordered a lemonade and a sweet tea and asked our server to have the AC lowered. It's Florida and it was 93° outside and it felt like 90° inside. Our server returned and stated corporate controls the temperature. Well, we paid for our 2 drinks at the tune of $7.87 and left without ordering food. Red Robin's that's bad for business. An unhappy veteran!

Very poor service. The appetizer pretzel bites dipping sauce was more like warm water the meal arrived with no silverware the cheese instead of being sliced was grated cheddar on my sandwich I waited the length of the entire meal for my bottomless fries that never arrived the server was aware of the issues kept asking if we ever got our fries finally bought me two slices of cheddar cheese which I applied to my sandwich. The server Michelle was well aware of the issues kept asking if I had gotten my fries went back and got me my cheese and our silverware it was laughable it was like we were on the pay no mind list. And the final blow to this lousy visit to Red Robin was trying to pay my bill on the computer get a receipt and leave this horrible place and computer didn't spit out a receipt I had to ask the horrible service if I could have a copy of my receipt needless to say I'll never visit that place again. That is $40 and an hour and a half worth of my time that I'll never get back. Don't respond with an apology because that would make it even more laughable mail me my 40 bucks back

First time ordering a takeout sandwich. Very disappointed. The order was correct but the sandwich was lukewarm and the sweet potato fries were soggy. My expectation was the food would be hot when I received it, but this was not the case. I visited this location before dining in and this is the first and I hope last poor review of a meal.
