The staff were extremely friendly; but the rest of the visit was just average. Not much more to add… it’s just something to fill the stomach.

My family decided to go to Qdoba for dinner on Saturday evening. We like to order the family meal and that did cause some confusion with the ladies who were working the front but the manager came up to help us and she was so friendly. The food has always been very good every time we have ordered. I think the food is definitely comparable to chipotle and they actually have more of a variety. Chipotle doesn't carry mango salsa or have an affordable family meal.

First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised how decent it was. Definitely a strong "other option" when Chipotle isn't nearby.

I ate at Qdobas for the first time today and was very impressed with the service and food, I wish there was one where I live but I'll be back in Gainesville and I'll stop in again and get some more of those delicious hard shell tacos. 😋🌮

this place is 10x better than the nearby chipotle but not as busy. not sure why cause the food is better. staff isnt very enthusiastic but I dont feel insulted like the rest of you. the food makes up for it. 4 stars

I really want to give five stars, but the lady at the front (not the one who works the register) always has an attitude and seemingly doesn't want to help. Like every single time I visit, she hardly ever offers to help me. Today I went it and it was obvious she was changing out a few of the pans of food. All she had to do was say something like "we'll be with you in a moment" or anything to not let me feel like I am being ignored. The lady who worked the register walked over to me and offered to prepare my food. The first lady didn't acknowledge my existence. Not sure what's up with her. She is literally the only reason I do not go there more often. The other lady at the register is a Godsend. She's totally opposite of the first lady I mentioned. Always kind, respectful, and nice.

Overall better than chipotle, i didn’t like how the employee gave less than a scoop of rice and when i asked to give me a bit more she said extra charge? Pretty sure she could have given me more than 5 pieces of rice. The taco shell salads here are great! Their nachos too.
