Cornish Bakehouse & Bar

So far so good,Mark at the Bakehouse answered my questions promptly, DHL have just delivered a well packed chilled box of 12 mixed fillings pasties with 2 complimentary cream teas and I have put them in the freezer.I will post another review when one (or 2) have been consumed.But currently a happy customer!😃Additional review / We have now tasted the pasties, cooked in our Air Fryer for 15 minutes resulted in us enjoying a well filled beautifully seasoned taste of Cormwall will definately recommend purchase😃

We made a trip to Fuengirola from Cordoba just to come to Cornish Bakehouse and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and the service was impeccable. I had the meal deal with a spicey vegetable pastry, it was all tasty but the cream tea was just divine and served in a lovely basket. They have all the small touches covered. My partner had a traditional Cornish pasty, a Thai Cornish pasty (which has quite a kick and voted his favourite) washed down with a pint or two of cider. Safe to say he was full for a while! In a time where getting home is hard, this gave me the taste of home I needed to lift my spirits. Thank you. Photos aren't great, and none of the Cornish pasties themselves as they were devoured. As the cup says, simple pleasures.

I feel like a phoney because I didn’t sample the pasties. Instead I had an award-winning sausage baguette with creamy coleslaw and salad with vinaigrette dressing. Very nice, service with a smile and super clean toilets. The star of the show was the cream tea: lightly warmed scon (or is it scone!) fluffy and fresh, strawberry confiture, Cornish fudge and clotted cream. Thanks for a very nice, indulgent lunch.
