We love this place. Quiet area with plenty of outdoor tables. I can't really comment on the menu as a whole because I only get the breakfast gnocci. Can recommend that 100% though. It's always worth the trip out here for breakfast

Amazing food, amazing staff and lovely location. Been having breakfast/lunch there for 3-4 years now, would HIGHLY recommend having the pork belly burger. It’s so damn good.

Hoppa and Joe is an institution and a must for a brew if you find yourself in Fairfield.
The coffee is fantastic, the food is spectacular (the duck Benny and pork belly burger are standouts) and if you’re fortunate enough to have a pup and bring them along, they will be extremely spoilt by the owners and staff!
A fantastic dog friendly cafe run by fantastic people, who treat their regulars like family. A must if you’re looking for a brew in Fairfield/ Alphington!

Love the mushroom monsieur toasted sandwich! Totally divine. Perfectly crunchy toasted bread with a delicious melted cheese and mushroom filling. I travel across town to have it. Coffee is nice too! Nice outdoor pavement seating area. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The food is always absolutely amazing! Coffee is always the perfect temperature and so delicious. The breakfast gnocchi is a must-eat! Kirsten and Rich are the most lovely owners and always make us smile! By far my favourite cafe! 💚💚

The most incredible and personable cafe owners we have ever met. Always greeting us with a smile and some doggy treats for our little pup. Never have we had a bad meal or coffee from these guys. *FYI Try the bacon toastie TO THE MAX. We bloody love it. Thanks for always brightening our days and fueling our bodies with delicious coffee. Love you guys!

The cutest little corner cafe. Great coffee and the specialty toasties are THE BEST. The cheese and bacon jam one is my favourite guilty pleasure. But since they make the bacon jam in-house it's probably healthier than I think!
The staff are always super lovely and I'd gladly make the hike from where I live just to visit.
