I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. We decided to hold a private function and we were so impressed with the food served and the service given. Michael went out of his way to make us feel comfortable not having to worry about anything on the day and leading up to the day apart from eating and drinking. When Michael said "Don't worry there will be plenty of food" he was not lying. Thanks again to Michael and the team at Flour and Salt for making such delicious food and helping us to enjoy our day.

Skip the tourist trap and sub-par Italian food of Lygon Street and head to this gem of the inner northeast, tucked away from the main thoroughfare of Station Street in Fairfield. The menu offers a range of delicious pastas, pizzas and specials, brilliant wines and the desserts are sumptuous too. I've taken friends and family here over the past few years and they have always been impressed both with the cuisine and the amiable staff.

We were able to have little Matteo’s baptism over the weekend, and celebrated at Flour and Salt with our family and close friends.

It is located in fairfield suburb Just near the Fairfield station. They make the best pizza of the Melbourne.Very friendly staff.
I wanted to customize my dessert with cold and hot combo.They did it perfectly with apple crumble and vanilla ice cream.

I came with friends, it's a very nice restaurant. The staff are friendly and food was better than I expected. I ordered the reginelle pasta (the one with the garlic prawns), It's perfect, not creamy but light and fresh just how I like it. Try it out you won't be disappointed.
